Probably the most unwelcome of all advances in technology are virus’.  Completely un-necessary and extra-ordinarily annoying or tedious – they are here to stay and growing in number every day.  In the past one way to keep away from virus’ was to stick to Apple Mac products but this unfortunately is untrue today.

There is no sure-fire way of ensuring a virus-free relationship with your PC or Mac but the most important points to bear in mind are to ensure that you have ‘Good’ anti-virus/Internet Security – we currently recommend F-Secure Internet Security 2012  and have recommended their products for the last 5years. The next is to ensure that the important updates are installed for whichever OS you have installed, although bear in mind that not all these updates are required(!).

The importance of ensuring that your machine cannot be infected means that you cannot be accused of your machine affecting another computer and that your data remains un-compromised.
